Breaking : GOVERNOR ABDULRAHMAN AbdulRasaq OF APC, WINS KWARA ELECTION FOR A 2ND TERM

The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of the APC as winner of the Kwara Governorship Election. He scored a total of 273424, 

while the candidate of PDP, Yahman Abdullahi came second with 

155490 votes

Returning officer for the 2023 Kwara State Governorship election, Professor Isaac Nathaniel Itodo declared AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of APC as the Governor Elect.

Abdulrazaq who won in all the 16LGAs will be serving for a second term in office.

Breakdown of the Governorship election results from the 16 Local Government Areas of the State are:

APC: 273,424

PDP: 155,490

SDP: 18,922

NNPP: 4,398
