The football administrator who stated his plans to run for the championship of the State Football Association noted that he will give maximum attention to grassroots football development and also give a level playing ground to every club in the state.
“I want to contest for the Kwara FA chairman in the next election, I want to be more present as the chairman and bring in my wealth of experience. I believe that the next FA chairman must be somebody who understands and has actually invested his energy, time and vision into grassroots football.” He said to Owosports.com.ng.
“I will give priority to grassroots development, I will map out programs to give our youth an opportunity both boys and girls and we’ll ensure that there will be no gap left in the process of growing the sport again,”

“I have served as a board member in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), I was the chairman of the league marketing committee of the leaguy, I was the former vice Chairman of Kwara United. I have lived all my life as a football technocrat and I believe I have a lot to offer the state in-terms of football development.”He added.
The Kwara FA election is slated to take place in June later this year.
