SULU-GAMBARI'S LEADERSHIP FOSTERING PEACE IN KWARA. SOLIU MUSTAPHA HAILS EMIR ON 27TH ANNIVERSARY---TROVE ONLINE MEDIA

The All Progressives Congress candidate in the Kwara Central Senatorial election, Mallam Saliu Mustapha, says the Emir of Ilorin, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, during the 27 years of his reign, has fostered peaceful coexistence in Kwara state.

Mustapha, who is also the Turaki of Ilorin, said this in a congratulatory message, celebrating the monarch on the 27th anniversary of his ascension to the throne.

"Kwara State has witnessed healthy cultural dynamism, religious tolerance, and peaceful cohabitation under his benevolent reign, visionary leadership of our plural society, retaining its socio-political prominence in national affairs," he wrote on Friday.

Speaking further, Mustapha noted that "since ascending to the esteemed throne of Shehu Alimi, he has practised and continues to live by the rule of law as an accomplished jurist with an impeccable legal career."

He however prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the Emir more years on the throne.
